I’ve been double-billed. What happens now ?

It depends on the method of payment you used to make your initial purchase.

Internet, Android and Windows 8: please ensure that correct payment information has been entered in the “My account” tab. Without this information, we will not be able to process the refund.

iTunes: Purchases in our app are handled by directly Apple’s payment system. Please follow these steps to issue a refund:

  1. Log in to iTunes and click on your email address at the top right to view your account information.
  2. Click on “Purchase history”.
  3. Click on “Report a problem”.
  4. Select the item you would like refunded and describe the problem (e.g., “I have not received my purchase”, “I bought this item by mistake”, etc.).

Should you require further assistance, please contact iTunes Customer Care and quote your iTunes invoice number.
