I’m not able to change or delete my billing information. What do I do ?

This happens when you subscribe to an open subscription or bundle on our website (excludes iPad bundles).

To enter new payment information, you must to cancel your current subscription or bundle in the “My account” tab, delete your old credit card information, enter your new credit card number, and then re-subscribe to your bundle or open subscription.
